A member of the famed Kennedy family, Tatiana Schlossberg, died on Tuesday following a recent disclosure of a uncommon leukemia diagnosis.

News of her death was announced in a social media post from the Kennedy Presidential Library.
“Our beautiful Tatiana passed away this morning. She will always be in our hearts.”

As detailed in a published essay in November, she disclosed that she had been found to have AML, a form of leukemia with a uncommon variant.
This condition is a cancer that targets the bone marrow and blood cells.
